SES acted as the Main Contractor working for Archer Building Consultancy to provide complete boiler room refurbishment works to the Main Plant Room and Sports Hall Plant Room. The works were done whilst the School was still in operation, so SES provided temporary plant to maintain heating and hot water services during the works.
SES provided specialist sub-contractors to cover all required aspects of the job, including new air handling plant and ventilation installations for the Sports Hall, general building and decorating works, power and controls wiring, plumbing and heating, and asbestos removals.
